The 2012 Workshop of Information Literacy, e-Learning, and Social Media will be held in Hualien, Taiwan, December 12-14, 2012. The main focus of the workshop will be on the novel proposal of tech-niques for information literacy, e-Learning, and social network. This workshop will become a forum for re-searchers to summarize the most recent developments in the field, with a special emphasis given to the improvements and results. The proceedings of ICS 2012 will be published by Springer in series of Lecture Notes in Computer Science (indexed by DBLP, EI, and Thomson ISI).
