\u7f8e\u570b\u5927\u5c08\u5b78\u6821\u53ca\u7814\u7a76\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5354\u6703(Association of College & Research Libraries, ACRL)\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u7d93\u904e\u7121\u6578\u6b21\u7684\u8a0e\u8ad6\u548c\u6587\u737b\u63a2\u8a0e\uff0c\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4ee5\u300c\u6df1\u5ea6\u5408\u4f5c\u300d(Deeper Collaboration<\/strong>)\u4f5c\u70ba2014\u5e74\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u8a5e\uff0c\u6db5\u84cb\u4e0b\u5217\u4e03\u5927\u4e3b\u984c\uff1a<\/p>\n

1. \u8cc7\u6599 (Data)<\/strong>
\n\u958b\u653e\u8cc7\u6e90(Open data)\u3001\u8cc7\u6599\u8a08\u756b\u7ba1\u7406(Data-plan management)\u3001\u6d77\u91cf\u8cc7\u6599(Big data)\u7b49\u7814\u7a76\u6f38\u53d7\u91cd\u8996\uff0c\u5404\u5927\u5b78\u8207\u7814\u7a76\u6a5f\u69cb\u9678\u7e8c\u6210\u7acb\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u670d\u52d9\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c\u652f\u63f4\u5404\u7814\u7a76\u968e\u6bb5\u7684\u5b78\u8853\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u5927\u5b78\u4e5f\u6210\u7acb\u6d77\u91cf\u8cc7\u6599\u5206\u6790\u7b49\u76f8\u95dc\u7cfb\u6240\u548c\u5b78\u4f4d\u5b78\u7a0b\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5317\u5361\u7f85\u840a\u7d0d\u5dde\u7acb\u5927\u5b78\u9032\u968e\u5206\u6790\u7814\u7a76\u6240(Institute for Advanced Analytics ,North Carolina State University<\/a>)\u4ee5\u53ca\u53f2\u4e39\u4f5b\u5927\u5b78\u8cc7\u6599\u63a2\u52d8\u78a9\u58eb\u4fee\u696d\u8a8d\u8b49(Data Mining and Applications Graduate Certificate, Stanford University<\/a>)\u3002\u56e0\u61c9\u6b64\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u96ea\u57ce\u5927\u5b78(Syracuse University)\u8207\u67cf\u514b\u840a\u52a0\u5dde\u5927\u5b78\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5b78\u9662(School of Information, University of California-Berkeley)\u70ba\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u54e1\u548c\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4eba\u54e1\u958b\u8a2d\u8907\u5408\u5f0f\u8cc7\u6599\u61c9\u7528\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u589e\u9032\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u54e1\u8cc7\u6599\u8490\u96c6\u53d6\u7528\u3001\u8a6e\u91cb\u8cc7\u6599\u3001\u7b56\u5c55\u3001\u5178\u85cf\u7b49\u8de8\u5b78\u79d1\u5c08\u696d\u77e5\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n

2. \u6578\u4f4d\u8f09\u5177\u901a\u7528\u670d\u52d9 (Device neutral digital services)<\/strong>
\n2013\u5e74\u76f8\u95dc\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u591a\u6578\u5b78\u751f\u504f\u597d\u7528\u884c\u52d5\u8f09\u5177\u53d6\u5f97\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u91cd\u8996\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u5404\u7a2e\u884c\u52d5\u8f09\u5177\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u666e\u6797\u65af\u9813\u5927\u5b78\u5716\u66f8\u9928 (Princeton University Library<\/a>)\u3001\u683c\u862d\u5dde\u7acb\u5927\u5b78\u5716\u66f8\u9928(Grand Valley State University Libraries<\/a>) \u7db2\u9801\u5df2\u63a1\u7528\u81ea\u9069\u61c9(\u97ff\u61c9\u5f0f)\u8a2d\u8a08(Responsive design)\uff0c\u8b93\u7db2\u9801\u4ecb\u9762\u53ef\u96a8\u8457\u8f09\u5177\u87a2\u5e55\u5c3a\u5bf8\u81ea\u52d5\u8abf\u6574\u89e3\u6790\u5ea6\uff0c\u6b64\u9805\u9700\u6c42\u4fc3\u9032\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u8207\u7db2\u8def\u670d\u52d9\u90e8\u9580\u9593\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u8a2d\u8a08\u51fa\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u4efb\u4f55\u8f09\u5177\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u4ecb\u9762\u3002<\/p>\n

3. \u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u958b\u653e\u53d6\u7528 (Evolving openness in higher education)<\/strong>
\n(1) \u958b\u653e\u53d6\u7528(Open access)<\/strong>\uff1a\u8fd1\u5e74\u4f86\u5404\u570b\u91cd\u8996\u5b78\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u8cc7\u6e90\u958b\u653e\u53d6\u7528\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u79d1\u6280\u653f\u7b56\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4(The Office of Science Technology and Policy, OSTP)\u65bc2014\u5e74\u521d\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u52d5\u7d0d\u7a05\u4eba\u8d0a\u52a9\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u958b\u653e\u53d6\u7528\uff0c\u8b93\u6c11\u773e\u53ef\u514d\u8cbb\u53d6\u5f97\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u7684\u6578\u64da\u8cc7\u6599\u3001\u6587\u7ae0\u4ee5\u53ca\u6559\u80b2\u8cc7\u6e90\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u5b78\u8853\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u4e5f\u8d0a\u540c\u548c\u652f\u6301\u958b\u653e\u53d6\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u7d44\u6210\u958b\u653e\u53d6\u7528\u653f\u7b56\u6a5f\u69cb\u806f\u76df(Coalition of Open Access Policy Institutions<\/a>)\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5\u958b\u653e\u53d6\u7528\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u5b78\u8853\u754c\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u652f\u6301\u8207\u53c3\u8207\u3002<\/p>\n

(2) \u958b\u653e\u5f0f\u6559\u80b2(Open education)<\/strong>\uff1a\u9664\u4e86\u652f\u6301\u958b\u653e\u53d6\u7528\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u5b78\u8853\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u4e5f\u63d0\u4f9b\u7d93\u8cbb\u88dc\u52a9\u958b\u653e\u5f0f\u6559\u80b2\u8cc7\u6e90(Open Educational Resources, OERs)<\/strong>\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u900f\u904eKnowledge Unlatched<\/a>\uff0c\u7531\u5404\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u806f\u76df\u5171\u540c\u652f\u4ed8\u5716\u66f8\u7d93\u8cbb\uff0c\u4ee5Creative Commons\u6388\u6b0a\u65b9\u5f0f\u5408\u4f5c\u51fa\u7248\u5b78\u8853\u5c08\u66f8\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6709100\u6240\u77e5\u540d\u5927\u5b78\u958b\u8a2d500\u9580MOOCs\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u5176\u6c38\u7e8c\u7d93\u71df\u6a21\u5f0f\u5247\u6307\u65e5\u53ef\u5f85\u3002\u5c31\u6b64\u8b8a\u5316\u5feb\u901f\u7684\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u9700\u8981\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u54e1\u5728\u958b\u653e\u8cc7\u6e90\u53d6\u7528\u3001\u958b\u653e\u5f0f\u6559\u80b2\u8cc7\u6e90\u767c\u5c55\u548c\u63a8\u5ee3\u4e0a\u7684\u5354\u52a9\uff0c\u800c\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u54e1\u9700\u8981\u4fdd\u6301\u8cc7\u8a0a\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\uff0c\u8207\u5b78\u6821\u55ae\u4f4d\u3001\u51fa\u7248\u5546\u3001\u5176\u4ed6\u5b78\u8853\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5171\u540c\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u767c\u5c55\u734e\u52f5\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u6559\u8077\u54e1\u652f\u6301\u958b\u653e\u8cc7\u6e90\u51fa\u7248\u3002<\/p>\n

4. \u5b78\u751f\u6210\u5c31 (Student success)<\/strong>
\n\u5404\u5927\u5c08\u9662\u6821\u91cd\u8996\u5b78\u751f\u5b78\u7fd2\u6210\u679c\u751a\u65bc\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5b78\u8853\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5fc5\u9808\u5bc6\u5207\u95dc\u6ce8\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u7d93\u71df\u7406\u5ff5\u548c\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u5728\u8cc7\u6e90\u9700\u6c42\u4e0a\u7d66\u4e88\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u652f\u63f4\uff0c\u4e26\u900f\u904e\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7d20\u990a\u6559\u80b2\u5354\u52a9\u5b78\u751f\u9054\u6210\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n

5. \u8077\u80fd\u5c0e\u5411\u5b78\u7fd2 (Competency-based learning)<\/strong>
\n\u5728\u5b78\u6821\u55ae\u4f4d\u91cd\u8996\u5b78\u751f\u5b78\u7fd2\u6210\u679c\u7684\u60c5\u52e2\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u85c9\u6b64\u5b78\u8853\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u53ef\u6839\u64da\u5b78\u6821\u6559\u80b2\u7db1\u8981\u5c07\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7d20\u990a\u3001\u7814\u7a76\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u7b56\u7565\u878d\u5165\u5b78\u5206\u6216\u975e\u5b78\u5206\u8ab2\u7a0b\u6559\u5b78\uff0c\u63d0\u6607\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n

6. \u53e6\u985e\u8a08\u91cf (Altmetrics)<\/strong>
\n\u96a8\u8457\u6578\u4f4d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8f49\u8b8a\uff0c\u6587\u7ae0\u88ab\u5f15\u7528\u6b21\u6578\u548c\u671f\u520a\u5f71\u97ff\u6307\u6578\u7b49\u6578\u64da\u7121\u6cd5\u5168\u7136\u53cd\u61c9\u5b78\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u5206\u6790\u6587\u7ae0\u5728\u793e\u7fa4\u5a92\u9ad4\u53ca\u958b\u653e\u53d6\u7528\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u53e6\u985e\u8a08\u91cf (Altmetrics)\u56e0\u61c9\u800c\u751f\uff0c\u5b78\u8853\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u53ef\u904b\u7528\u6b64\u8a08\u91cf\u65b9\u6cd5\u5206\u6790\u6a5f\u69cb\u6587\u7ae0\u7684\u5b78\u8853\u50b3\u64ad\u64f4\u6563\u6548\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n

7. \u6578\u4f4d\u4eba\u6587 (Digital humanities)<\/strong>
\n\u6578\u4f4d\u4eba\u6587\u53ef\u8996\u70ba\u50b3\u7d71\u4eba\u6587\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u6cd5\u8207\u6578\u4f4d\u5a92\u9ad4\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u53ef\u626e\u6f14\u4e2d\u4ecb\u5354\u8abf\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u4eba\u6587\u9818\u57df\u7814\u7a76\u8005\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u55ae\u4f4d\u5728\u5b78\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u4e0a\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n
