New Media Consortium\u548cEDUCAUSE Learning Initiative\u5171\u540c\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5b78\u8207\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u7684\u79d1\u6280\u61c9\u7528\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u9032\u884c\u8abf\u67e5\u7d71\u8a08\u8207\u8da8\u52e2\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u4e26\u767c\u8868\u300cHorizon Report\u300d\u3002\u51762013\u5e74\u767c\u8868\u6709\u95dc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u79d1\u6280\u8da8\u52e2\u5831\u544a(Horizon Report\uff1a2013 Higher Education Edition<\/a>)\uff0c\u6307\u51fa2013\u5e74\u81f32018\u5e74\u5f71\u97ff\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u79d1\u6280\u904b\u7528\u7684\u516d\u5927\u95dc\u9375\u8da8\u52e2<\/strong>\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n

2. \u5927\u898f\u6a21\u7db2\u8def\u958b\u653e\u8ab2\u7a0b\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u5730\u63a2\u8a0e<\/strong>\uff0c\u8996\u70ba\u50b3\u7d71\u5927\u5b78\u8ab2\u7a0b\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u7a2e\u9078\u64c7\u53ca\u88dc\u5145\u6559\u6750 (Massively open online courses are being widely explored as alternatives and supplements to traditional university courses.)\uff1b<\/p>\n

3.\u5c0d\u65bc\u5927\u5b78\u7562\u696d\u751f\u52de\u52d5\u529b\u6240\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u6280\u80fd\uff0c\u591a\u6578\u81ea\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u7d93\u9a57\u4e2d\u53d6\u5f97\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u5927\u5b78 (The workforce demands skills from college graduates that are more often acquired from informal learning experiences than in universities.)\uff1b<\/p>\n

4. \u5c0d\u65bc\u500b\u5225\u5316\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u7d93\u9a57\u53ca\u7e3e\u6548\u8a55\u91cf\u6108\u8da8\u91cd\u8996<\/strong> (There is an increasing interest in using new sources of data for personalizing the learning experience and for performance measurement.)\uff1b<\/p>\n

5. \u7531\u65bc\u5b78\u751f\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u7db2\u8def\u8f15\u6613\u53d6\u5f97\u591a\u6578\u8cc7\u6e90\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u6559\u80b2\u8005\u7684\u89d2\u8272 (The role of educators continues to change due to the vast resources that are accessible to students via the Internet.)\uff1b<\/p>\n

6.\u6559\u80b2\u5178\u7bc4\u8f49\u8b8a\u70ba\u6db5\u84cb\u7dda\u4e0a\u5b78\u7fd2\u3001\u6df7\u5408\u5b78\u7fd2\u3001\u53ca\u5354\u540c\u6a21\u5f0f<\/strong> (Education paradigms are shifting to include online learning, hybrid learning, and collaborative models.)\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5831\u544a\u4e2d\u4e5f\u63d0\u53ca\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u5c07\u9762\u5c0d\u7684\u6311\u6230\u70ba\uff1a<\/p>\n

1. \u5c0d\u6559\u8077\u54e1\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u8a13\u7df4\u4ecd\u672a\u8a8d\u77e5\u6578\u4f4d\u5a92\u9ad4\u7d20\u990a\u80fd\u529b\u5c0d\u5404\u5b78\u79d1\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027<\/strong>\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8a13\u7df4\u5167\u5bb9\u6975\u5c11\u5305\u542b\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u652f\u63f4\u6280\u80fd\u53ca\u6280\u5de7\uff1b\u6578\u4f4d\u7d20\u990a\u504f\u5411\u601d\u8003\uff0c\u4e5f\u9020\u6210\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5de5\u5177\u3001\u5e73\u53f0\u5370\u8b49\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u548c\u6a19\u6e96\u8f03\u70ba\u77ed\u7f3a\uff1b<\/p>\n

2. \u65b0\u8208\u7684\u5b78\u8853\u5beb\u4f5c\u3001\u51fa\u7248\u53ca\u7814\u7a76\u5df2\u8d85\u8d8a\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u8a55\u91cf\u6a21\u5f0f (The emergence of new scholarly forms of authoring, publishing, and researching outpace sufficient and scalable modes of assessment.)\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u793e\u4ea4\u5a92\u9ad4\u57f7\u884c\u6216\u767c\u8868\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u8f03\u4e0d\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u50b3\u7d71\u5f15\u7528\u5206\u6790\u7684\u5b78\u8853\u8a55\u91cf\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u65b0\u578b\u614b\u7684\u540c\u5115\u8a55\u9451<\/strong>\u5305\u62ec\u8b80\u8005\u8a55\u6bd4(reader rating)\u3001\u88ab\u6709\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u7684\u90e8\u843d\u683c\u5f15\u7528\u3001\u5c0e\u5165\u9023\u7d50\uff08incoming link\uff09\u3001\u70ba\u5167\u5bb9\u8cbc\u4e0a\u6a19\u7c64(Tagging)\u3001\u56de\u63a8(re-tweet)\u7b49\uff1b<\/p>\n
