\u300c\u806f\u5408\u570b\u6559\u79d1\u6587\u7d44\u7e54(United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, UNESCO<\/a>)\u300d\u5354\u540c\u300c\u570b\u969b\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5354\u6703\u806f\u76df(International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions, IFLA<\/a>)\u300d\u7b49\u55ae\u4f4d\uff0c2012\u5e746\u670824 \u2013 28\u65e5\u65bc\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u83ab\u65af\u79d1\u8209\u8fa6\u300c\u77e5\u8b58\u793e\u6703\u7684\u5a92\u9ad4\u8207\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7d20\u990a\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u300d(Media and Information Literacy for Knowledge Societies<\/a>)\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u6607\u6c11\u773e\u5c0d\u5a92\u9ad4\u8207\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7d20\u990a\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u7684\u8a8d\u77e5\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u63a2\u8a0e\u76f8\u95dc\u6642\u4e8b\u8b70\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u5438\u5f15\u4f86\u81ea\u5168\u7403\u56db\u5341\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u5c08\u5bb6\u5b78\u8005\u5171\u8944\u76db\u8209\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u8a0e\u8ad6\u4e26\u540c\u610f\u4e0b\u5217\u4e94\u9ede\u8072\u660e\uff1a
\n1. \u5c07\u5a92\u9ad4\u8207\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7d20\u990a\u8996\u70ba\u77e5\u8b58\u793e\u6703\u3001\u516c\u6c11\u5718\u9ad4\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u3001\u793e\u7fa4\u53ca\u500b\u4eba\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u9996\u8981\u689d\u4ef6\u3002

\n3. \u672c\u5ba3\u8a00\u662f\u4ee5\u6b77\u5e74\u5ba3\u5e03\u4e4b\u570b\u969b\u6587\u737b\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\u57fa\u77f3\uff0c\u4ee5\u5f37\u5316\u9054\u6210\u806f\u5408\u570b\u6559\u79d1\u6587\u7d44\u7e54\u5343\u79a7\u5e74\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19(UN Millennium Development Goals<\/a>)\u6240\u61c9\u5177\u5099\u4e4b\u80fd\u529b\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u3002
\n4. \u65b0\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u4f11\u9592\u548c\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u539f\u8c8c\uff0c\u4eba\u4eba\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u6210\u70ba\u5a92\u9ad4\u5275\u4f5c\u8005\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u9054\u6210\u4e0a\u8ff0\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u500b\u4eba\u3001\u793e\u7fa4\u3001\u4f01\u696d\u548c\u570b\u5bb6\u9700\u8981\u8207\u81ea\u8eab\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5404\u7a2e\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u4e26\u77ad\u89e3\u8cc7\u8a0a\u50b3\u64ad\u5a92\u9ad4\u7684\u5dee\u7570\u3002
\n5. \u6578\u4f4d\u843d\u5dee\u7684\u554f\u984c\u4e0d\u5bb9\u5ffd\u8996\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u662f\u958b\u767c\u4e2d\u570b\u5bb6\u4eba\u6c11\u53d6\u5f97\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5a92\u9ad4\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u5df2\u958b\u767c\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u4e5f\u5b58\u5728\u8457\u79d1\u6280\u8a2d\u5099\u5145\u8db3\u8207\u5426\u3001\u4eba\u6c11\u662f\u5426\u5177\u5099\u6279\u5224\u601d\u8003\u80fd\u529b\u89e3\u6c7a\u500b\u4eba\u751f\u6d3b\u3001\u793e\u4ea4\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u7b49\u5404\u5c64\u9762\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9451\u65bc\u4e0a\u8ff0\u8072\u660e\uff0c\u300c\u77e5\u8b58\u793e\u6703\u7684\u5a92\u9ad4\u8207\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7d20\u990a\u7814\u8a0e\u6703\u300d\u63d0\u51fa12\u9805\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u671f\u671b\u5168\u7403\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5\uff1a
